You've just invested in flawless brows, now it's time to protect your masterpiece. Great aftercare = better healing, longer-lasting pigment, and beautiful brows for months to come.
Day 1 - The Glow Begins
• Microblading/combination brows, cleanse once at the end of the day with warm water
on a cotton pad. Pat dry and apply a very thin layer of your healing balm
using a clean cotton bud.
Day 2-14 - Healing in Progress
• Clean your brows twice a day (morning and evening) using water and a gentle soap.
• Pat dry with a tissue or let it air dry; no rubbing!
Apply a tiny amount of your healing balm or ointment with a cotton bud.
The layer should be thin enough to let the skin breathe.
• Feeling dry or itchy? You can apply the balm up to two more times a day, always with clean hands and tools.
Day 15-30 - Still Healing
• Brows may still subtly develop in colour as your skin heals from within.
• Uneven colour or patchiness? Totally normal, this is why your perfecting session
at 4-8 weeks is essential.
Stay gentle with your skin and protect your brows from UV rays and harsh products.
The Don'ts - Brow Bummers to Avoid
• No makeup, creams, or skincare products near your brows.
•No sweating, exercise, saunas, swimming, hot showers, or tanning for at least 7-14 days.
•No picking, peeling, scratching, or rubbing! Let any flakes fall off naturally.
• Avoid sun exposure. You can apply SPF 50 on your brows after 7 days to protect colour retention.
• Don't sleep on your face, try a silk pillowcase and sleep on your back if you can!
Long-Term Brow Love
• Use SPF 30-50 daily on your brows, sun fades pigment fast! • Avoid products with AHA, Retin-A, or exfoliants near your brows. • No laser, peels, or microdermabrasion around brows for at least 30 days. • If you’re planning an MRI or donating blood, let them know you’ve had semi-permanent makeup.
